Hi, I'm Janita (pronounced Ja-Nee-Ta), though I also respond to Jaunita, Wanita, Jan-i-ta, and a few other variations. 🙂 Most people don't get it right on the first try!

I live in Fort Macleod, Alberta, on a beautiful farm with an amazing view of the Belly River.

I'm a mom of four—two girls and two boys.

I'm almost 6 feet tall, and I get hiccups from spicy food.

While I absolutely love summer and camping, I always find myself looking forward to fall when it arrives.

I grew up in both Fort Macleod and Outlook, SK.

Photography has been a passion of mine since childhood. I used to get my family and friends to dress up so I could take pictures.

These days, I specialize in maternity, newborn, and family photography.

I'm a dreamer at heart, with a long list of things I'd love to do. But right now, the season of life I'm in keeps me grounded and enjoying each moment.
